Sinfully quick Chocolate Mousse

Perfect "Easy & Quick" dessert for Valentine's Day. This chocolaty mousse will sure be a winner with some Strawberries and whip cream or just plain. I found it on the Food network and modified it a bit to make it faster for us who barely have 5min!

Ingredients:
3 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
9 ounces best quality semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup hot water from a recently boiled kettle
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip or similar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy-based saucepan.
Put the saucepan on the stove, over med-high heat, stirring every now and again until it all melts. Remove from the heat. Should be less then 4 minutes. Meanwhile fold the cool whip with the vanilla then fold into the cooling chocolate mixture until you have a smooth, cohesive mixture. Pour or scrape into 4 or 6 glasses or small dishes and chill until you want to eat.
