Thai Beef with Rice

Ingredients:
1 Package Flank Steak Strips
1 Box Minute Rice
Handful Basil Leaves

2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Oil
Red Pepper Flakes as desired


Instructions:

1) Follow instructions for Minute Rice. 2) Heat a wok or large frying pan on high heat until smoking hot. 3) Pour in the oil and swirl around the pan, then slowly add in the beef strips and chili flakes. 4) Cook, stirring all the time, until the meat is lightly browned, about 3 minutes, then pour over the oyster sauce. 5) Make sure the meat is heated through and the sauce coats the meat. Stir in the basil leaves and serve with the cooked rice. /recipe by bbcgoodfood/
