Superfast Bakeless Pumpkin Mousse!

Ingredients:
1 large can of pumpkin (30 ounce)
16-ounce carton of lite whipped topping
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding and pie mix (6 serving size)
3 cups of milk

Instructions:
Add skim milk to the pudding mix blending until well mixed.
Add the pumpkin and Cool Whip beating until smooth.
Pour into pudding dishes to serve.
Decorate with whip cream.
Serves 12
